- Set the vision, strategy and goals for talent acquisition vertical.
- Own and improve the recruiting process and tools to drive higher conversion rates and a superior candidate experience.
- Partner closely with leadership, business and competency management to develop, optimize and drive an efficient, consistent recruiting process from talent attraction and candidate identification, to on-site assessment, job offer proposal and negotiation, through on boarding.
- Develop and implement a cohesive day-to-day recruiting operation and related programs including creative sourcing plans to attract diverse talent across all functional areas across all locations, with laser focus on social media, employment brand initiatives, campus relations.
- Use different selection and candidate evaluation tools to select the right candidate.
- Manager end to end Background Verification process for new hires
- Adept at workforce planning, forecasting and developing a talent pipeline strategy.
