The role holder is responsible for Requirement Management and Design Management across multiple projects and programmes simultaneously for Sales
The role holder is expected to have extensive knowledge of :
- Insurance Sales and backend process
- Applications and Products
- Strong knowledge on SDLC
- Change Management Principles
- The role requires the elicitation and specification of business requirements, impact analysis of change, review of solutions, and key role in supporting delivery of solutions through the SDLC, communication across business customers and stakeholders.
- The role shall perceive business problems and opportunities in the context of the functional requirements and recommends solutions that enable the client to achieve their business objectives.
- The role holder directly impacts the design of the system and provides business analysis support to ensure effective delivery (as measured by time, cost and quality) of agreed projects
