Canara HSBC OBC Life Insurance - Assistant Manager - Digital Strategy & Performance Excellence (3-5 yrs)
1. Keeping track of BU key deliverables in terms of key KPI of each vertical and publishing trends and provide other insights for corrective actions.
2. Institutionalize Digital BU Dashboard and tracking various parameters at overall BU Level.
3. Preparing EXCO, WBU and other review decks.
4. Tracking Digi Team Actionables.
5. Monitor MBRs governance framework model for each partner and agency and track closure of key actionables.
6. Assist in driving efficiency projects with Digital BU.
7. Updating and running AOP/BU plan numbers vs target achievement, forecasts, issuance review, reconciliation with Finance on Open vs plan etc.
8. Maintaining and driving BU weekly action log and track closure.
9. Running detailed analytics on various parameters including industry benchmarking, scenario building, target setting etc for improving performance.
10. Ongoing development of strategy and managing important business drives for efficiency improvement.
11. Keep track of important industry updates and review changes / developments closely to assess impact.
12. Qualitative and quantitative research as per business requirement.
