Our company "Can Ends FZE" trade in Packaging materials of several types, for foods & beverages which are hygienically processed & packed in sterilised containers for longer/safer, storage & modern sales distribution channels.

Our material range covers Paper Labels & Boards, Moisture, Heat & Oxygen Resistant Polymers( PE, PET, Compounds) & Alu Foils, Steel (ETP/TFS), Aluminium for Containers & Closures of all types, Filling Machines & Technical Services to the Industrial clientele.

Alongside the business of Raw Materials, we also supply Value Added Products such as Labels, Cartons, Aseptic Liquid Packaging, Metallic Cans & Closures for all product segments as per the requirements of our Industrial consumers for direct filling/packaging of their products.

We are looking for experienced & technically oriented Product Entrepreneurs with sound techno-commercial/ selling skills to be absorbed in our End Product Segments to systematically handle and grow the business with careful evaluation of client needs, preferences, service criteria to fill all these need gaps and create a strength that exceeds all expectations to develop a very sincere & loyal customer base. The ideal leaders will grow their product segments by developing their own teams and eventually lead their divisions independently. The markets are not just limited to national clientele but extendable globally in potentially rich and rewarding geographies.

JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product Managers with following skills:

- Demand forecasting by customer / product segment / product division / market / channel.

- Competitor SWOT evaluation, market shares, pricing and promotion strategy.

- Market need evaluation and development of Product niche with adequate strengths.

- Product developments based on costs, sales realisation and ROI analysis.

- Market trials and test of new products and commercialisation through trade channels.

- Product launching strategies with suitable pricing and incentive schemes for channel partners.

- Selection and appointment of distributors and sale and service agents.

- Constantly search for new products, materials and applications and lead the marketplace.

- Market feedback on quality and pricing and product deliverables to the manufacturing principals.

- Coordination and negotiation of product pricing to remain above the competition and achieve market leadership.

DESIRED PROFILE OF THE CANDIDATE

Ideal candidates shall be:

- Science Graduates with additional qualification in business.

- Flair for techno-commercial and independent business management.

- An analytical and probing mindset for critical evaluation.

- Willing to undertake aggressive travel schedules in pursuit of target and objectives.

- Sensitive to costs and expenditures to maintain the forecasted feasibility of projects.

- Excellent communication skills with customers, end users, product specifies and manufacturing suppliers to maintain a trouble free and smooth end-to-end supply-chain.

- The ideal incumbent should be willing to take challenges and succeed with a gradual progression graph.

- Laborious and hardworking trait to accomplish the pre-set objectives for total success.

- Dedicated and supportive Team-player who believes in helping out than seeking help.
