Brief about CAMS :

CAMS is 29 year old company which is professionally managed and owned by Institutions. HDFC Group, NSE Strategic Investments ltd and Acsys Investments are the major shareholders of this company.

Responsibilities :

- Follow up with Auditee for closure of audit findings and report to management

- Conduct audit like Management Audit, Risk Mapping Audit, Mock Audit, ISO and ISMS internal audit special audit based on the occurrence of risk or specific issues.

- Schedule audit in advance and communicate concerned units for confirmation; follow up with the auditee for closure of audit findings and report to management

- Assist/coordinate in the regulators inspection calling for samples, evidences from the units and any other action as required during the audit

- Review concurrent audit report and provide inputs to the auditors for correction, improving the audit perspective.

- Finalize audit reports in the specified format and provide to auditee for their comments before finalization and report to management

- Draft audit report and reply to queries by the Auditors

- Provide periodical review and training to audit team as to conduct of audit, related issues in the audits, regulatory changes, their conduct etc.

- Retain the confidential and sensitive information gathering during the audits, undisclosed

- Generate management reports as demanded by the manager from time to time.

- Help prepare for meetings with client management teams and participate in these meetings.

- Maintain a strong client focus, be responsive to client request, and develop and maintain productive working relationship with client personnel

Skills Required :

Written communication : Describe all work in narrative fashion and document the audit concepts observed or performed.

Attention to detail : Prepares and carefully reviews figures, computations, reports etc., to identify any errors or problems; ensures consistency and that information can be understood by all who read it

Negotiation : Settle differences without damaging relationships; Ensures that agreed upon alternatives have the support of all parties involved.

Analyses trends : Researches, extracts and analyses relevant data to solve problem, draw logical conclusions, and make recommendations that supports business decision.

Analytical thinking : Discriminates between important and unimportant details, recognizes inconsistencies between facts and/or data, and draws correct inferences from information

Domain knowledge : Possesses and effectively applies the technical/professional/functional knowledge and skills. Stays up-to-date on current practices and trends in his/her area of expertise. Good Excel skills.

Qualification : Graduate/Post Graduate via CA, CS, Law

Experience : 8 - 10 years in Audit & Compliance Roles
