Purpose of Role: CAMS is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Deputy Manager to support Process Excellence team on their day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities :

- Preparing accurate and timely forecasts in a high volume Mutual Fund Transfer Agent.

- Forecasts for all business partners and find solutions for improving metrics, along with making recommendations on how to increase or improve productivity

- Match staffing to workload arrival patterns, planning schedules, maintaining accurate staffing data, assisting with long-range staffing plans.

- Communicates and works with Staff members, Management, Human Resources.

Professional Skills:

- Experience with Workforce Management software.

- Ability to organize information and have attention to detail and accurately follow procedures.

- Analytical bend of mind

- Ability to work alone with minimum supervision and with others in a team environment, occasionally under time pressure and on several tasks at the same time.

- Good in communication skills

Experience & Educational Qualification:

- 7+ experience in Back Office operation preferably worked on workforce management.

- Graduate/PG; Knowledge on Statistics and modelling techniques.

- Proficient in Excel & Dashboard preparation.
