Brief about CAMS :

CAMS is 29 year old company which is professionally managed and owned by Institutions. HDFC Group, NSE Strategic Investments ltd and Acsys Investments are the major share holders of this company.

Purpose of the Role :

The role will report to the Senior Manager, Quality : Change Requests/Project Note is one of the core processes for technology initiation. CAMS supports majority of Mutual Fund transactions in India through a customized, robust platform.

The CR Quality team is expected to play a pivotal role and support the CR Owner in design, validate, write CR note with expected test cases in detail and improvement of applications. Specifically, the candidate is expected to have the following skill sets.

Communication : The candidate must be good communicators by facilitate working meetings, asking good questions, listen to the answers and absorb.

Problem solving : The candidate must develop a understanding note of problem among CR writer, tester and other user. Bring the possible solution, and determine the scope of the CR/project with relevant samples and examples.

Critical thinking : The candidate must listen the stakeholders needs and consider them critically and ask probing questions till the real need is surfaced and understand.

Business Analysis skill : Preferred the candidate from MF section. The candidate must understand the MF concept, business, operations and regulations to analyse the CR effectively.

Documentation and specification (SRS, BRD) : Candidate should have enough skill set in writing BRD, SRS and CR. Can show up completed projects cases.

Visual modelling : Creating Workflow, flow chart and Prototypes

Facilitation and elicitation Skill : Schedule a meet, call the CR requestor, tester and other stakeholder then and there to compile CR Doc in clear crisp.

Requirements :

The ideal Business Analyst candidate will have

- A Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role in a BPO or IT organization especially in financial sector, MF is mostly preferred.

- The candidate should have qualified BE or B-Tech with MBA is preferred.

- Certification on Business Analysis from any well recognized institutional. Preferably CCBA, CBAP from IIBA, PBA from PMI.
