Job Description:

If you are passionate about building solutions and coming up with insights to directly improve business performance and efficiency, we want to talk to you. We are in the process of curating a cutting-edge supply chain and central planning vertical at CAPL via an initiative jointly driven by the CAPL management and a dedicated operating team at TPG. We are currently seeking a pro-active Central Planning Manager to spearhead this initiative and build effective supply chain management solutions using big data sets & insights derived from diverse in-house sources.

Key Responsibilities:

- Planning Function SPOC - Develop supply plans in alignment with the demand forecast post solving for any supply linked constraints across sourcing, job work and production functions. Represent Supply side of business in weekly S&OP review meeting with different stakeholders including R&D, Design, Sales, Purchase and Manufacturing Operations;

- Capacity Planning - Responsible for annual capacity planning and periodical review of current capacities. Spearhead operational dovetailing into Annual Operating Plan (AOP);

- Production Plan Adherence - Ensure timely release of monthly/weekly production plan to vendors, job workers & own production heads and adherence to plan;

- Periodical Reviews - Responsible for continuous monitoring and mitigation of any latency observed across end-to-end supply chain operations (demand forecasting till demand fulfilment). Follow-up with the internal team for timely release of purchase requisitions, purchase order, timely sourcing & dispatch of RM to fabricators and tracking supply lead times;

- SLA Implementation - Ensure (in collaboration with Purchase function) standard delivery lead times are adhered to by vendors and fabricators (job workers) and spearhead implementation / revision of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with critical vendors / fabricators;

- Inventory control - Monthly review of inventory levels (RM, SFG & FG) based on the S&OP forecast and liaison with central Purchase function to initiate advance purchase / procurement of requisite materials; and

- Stakeholder Management - Effective stakeholder management while interaction & insights exchange with multiple senior stakeholders across Sales, R&D, Purchase and Operations functions.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Analytically oriented individual with ability to solve problems in an unstructured environment

- Must love numbers, data, MS Excel - Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Power Point is a must

- Strong problem-solving skills and self-initiative - Willingness to learn and stretch in accomplishing the desired output

- Strong multi-tasking abilities for an entrepreneurial environment

- ERP knowledge (preferably Microsoft Navision) is a must

- Master's in Business Administration or similar fields from a top-tier institute
