- Administer all on campus recruitment; prepare appropriate strategies for all campus events and interview processes.
- Coordinate and maintain relationships with department heads, alumni and staff and provide interface with all candidates.
- Data Management related to campus recruitment.
- Design and upgrade policies with regards to campus related activities (recruitment, performance management, etc.)
- Manage campus trainee programs from recruitment through pre engagement, orientation and post engagement activities.
- Coordinate with internal logistics management & administration department as well as finance teams.
- Negotiate & develop budget for campus hiring and recruitment activities.
- Analyze local market and collect all information on same.
