Job Description : - Represent the company externally and communicate our goals and strategy - Implement University Relationship plans &amp; solutions for campuses across India and deliver results. - Implement large scale plans to achieve desired hiring numbers and branding objectives. - Partner with engineering teams to understand specific business needs and develop, implement, and execute customized recruitment strategies. - Be the relationship owner of assigned campuses and build brand among stakeholders such as placement cell, placement coordinators, students to improve hiring quality and numbers. - Assist the TA team in internal processes such as intern conversion, onboarding, maintain track and share data by event with internal partners. - Design and implement projects within team to improve candidate experience on and off campus. - Manage screening process for resumes collected at campus events to build pipeline and accomplish hiring goals across a wide range of openings. - Manage multiple business groups and relevant senior stakeholders by becoming sole point of contact for their campus related activities. Salary Offered : 7-30 LPA
