Job Description:
- Partner with the business to forecast the campus hiring needs for the year - Full Time, summer interns and seasonal Hires.
- Analyze position at each campus against competitors and formulate strategy accordingly.
- Leverage functional expertise, industry knowledge and trends to identify optimum sourcing options to attract top talent across campuses.
- Adapt to the dynamic on-campus environment and find creative solutions to unforeseen challenges.
- Effectively liaise with all stakeholders to drive events on campus.
- Track progress through the season and re-strategize campus recruiting plans as required.
- Responsible for evaluating the recruiting metrics and external data throughout the campus recruiting cycle to drive process improvement and strategy revisions
- Develop specific marketing and positioning messages for different campus pools.
- Responsible for Employer Branding for Campus hiring.
- Ensures seamless on-boarding process of all hires.
- Manage sensitive issues that may arise and ensure suitable action.
- Help formulate and conceptualize a more structured internship program.
- Ensure the buddy and mentor program runs seamlessly
- Co-ordinate PPO decision making process with recruitment director and get a go ahead on the PPO numbers.
- Ensure website content is updated regularly
- Create regular MIS, status reports and communicate appropriately, including, but not limited to, project lists, project status, budget information, and issues.
Essential Experience:
- 2-3 years of campus recruitment experience essential, preferably within a IT based environment.
- HR experience working within a confidential environment.
Essential Skills:
- Proven ability to manage varied and challenging relationships, influencing both internal and external parties.
- Strong communications skills with the ability alter this style according to audience.
- Excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage large scale recruitment campaigns and solid project management skills.
- Ability to negotiate with business when needed to ensure the right strategy.
- Ability to work within a remote team and communicate outwardly in proactive manner.
- Strong ability to multi-task and handle working in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to deal with ambiguity and changing priorities
- High-level of initiative and self-motivation.
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and data analysis skills.
- MS Excel Intermediate to Advanced, MS PowerPoint Intermediate to Advanced & MS Word Advanced.
