Campus hiring & Talent Acquisition
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead recruitment strategy and develop relevant tools and procedures to attract talent & build a strong talent pipeline for COE
- Drive end-to-end talent acquisition activities- including sourcing, selection, and offer closure process
- Collaborate with hiring managers and conduct behavioral interviews to get the right talent for all positions
- Implement recruitment analytics and maintain recruitment/hiring dashboards
- Support the employer branding for COE by engaging via digital platforms, campus engagements - Hackathons, Quiz/Contest, etc
- Drive the Diversity and Inclusion strategy through various interventions to achieve the diversity ratios as defined by the organization
- Manage the leadership hiring for COE
Campus Hiring :- Developing and executing Campus recruitment strategies. These strategies include enhancing the perspective and full-time student experiences in addition to partnering with Human Resources and COE Management in order to acquire and retain the best talent.
- Responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with targeted colleges/universities and managing the campus recruitment and selection process
- Additionally, be responsible for the management of recruiting activities and events as well as marketing on campus
- Be a consultant and client manager for COE Managers, responsible for understanding and assisting those groups in attracting and building a campus talent pipeline
- Design & deliver process improvement initiative
- Support the Summer Intern Program, both in planning and execution of various program components
- Execution tasks related to the end-to-end campus recruitment process. These tasks may not belong to pure play HR activities but hold key relevance to the overall operational success
Job requirement:- Bachelors/master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related experience
- Campus experience Is a must
- Experience Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, HR Generalist, or similar roles
