Camp K12 is a $12M Series A, Global Online platform for 21st century skills. We're teaching Coding, English and STEM subjects to kids aged 5 - 18 via LIVE, interactive online sessions (1:1 and small-group) that take place in our gamified virtual classrooms and work 10x better than a standard classroom environment.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- We are growing our geographical presence to Middle East and South East Asia and are looking for Program Managers with strong hustle to help drive this as part of our International Expansion Team.

- We are a firm that gives and expects full ownership from teammates. You will be doing everything from benchmarking, competitive overviews, strategic planning and driving impact based on your insights on ground. We are highly cross-functional and you will be working with teammates across the business to implement and build.

Job Requirements :

- 4-5 years of experience in driving growth

- Strategic, consulting or business experience with a focus on driving growth.

- Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments at university or previous work experience.

- Ability to engage international students during workshops and other events.

- Excellent communicator in written and verbal form

- Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
