Responsibilities : - Responsible for all social listening and facilitating all related processes on social media, forums, blogs, ratings and reviews, etc. - Monitor, track & ensure a timely response to user's queries/concerns on all the social media platforms manually/via any tools - Formulate strategies to build a positive sentiment for the brand and maintain online reputation of the company on various company search strings - Ensure excellent results on the first page post any company related search results Growth Strategy : - Identify top growth levers such as blogs, social media (Quora, Glassdoor, Reddit, Mouthshut etc.) - Formulate the organic growth strategy across different channels and geographies to execute them - Build various product-wise/service-wise reports and identify key issues and pain points as actionables to improve the reputation of the brand Ideal Candidate Profile : - Demonstrated experience in leading organic growth for consumer internet companies for 4 to 7 years - Strong understanding of multiple organic growth channels - Exceptional ability to understand different forms of content, backed by exceptional written & editing skills in English - Hands-on experience with SEO - At least 4+ years of experience in online reputation management - Experience in the Ed-tech industry would be a big plus. What do we expect from You : - Knowledge of ORM, search engine behaviour, forums, blogs, ratings, review sites etc. - Resolution specialist in maintaining and improving the brand reputation. - Take immediate action and ensure timely resolutions with the right Stakeholders. - Identify ORM issues and ensure timely resolutions and create a positive experience for the end user. - You'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing service improvement initiatives; managing complaints, suggestions, and compliments. - Knowledge of Monitoring tools Like Radian6, Explic8, Social Mentions, Google Alerts would be good to have.
