Role: Director - Sales Operations Summary: Centralized Sales Strategy, Go-to Market Strategy, Funnel Management About Camp K12 Camp K12 is a Global Online School for 21st century skills founded by an MIT/Harvard computer science alum (ex-Google, McKinsey) and the Ex-CEO of Apple India. We're teaching Coding and STEM to kids age 5 - 18 via LIVE, interactive online sessions (1-on-1 and small-group) that take place in our gamified virtual classrooms and work 10x better than status quo. We raised a seed round in March 2020, scaled revenue 120x as our team grew from 25 to 280 people. 200k+ students taught, looking to build a $1B+ global online school of the future, a one-stop shop for 21st parent/student needs including learning, credentialing, games/community and more. The core team hails from Wharton, Bain, BCG, IIT, and Teach For India and includes industry veterans from large 2-sided market systems like Uber, Ola, Swiggy, and Amazon. We launched in India, and now are formally entering the US / North America market. We're looking for 0-to-1 problem solvers to lead this new market entry effort. Learn more: https://campk12.com Demo - see our online classes in action: https://bit.ly/367NirT Our origin story: https://yourstory.com/2016/12/camp-k12 Roles & Responsibilities : - Sales Planning and Forecasting: building weekly / monthly / quarterly plans bridging between marketing and sales. - Managing technical tools and platforms, including CRMs (customer relationship management platforms such as Leadsquared) - CRM: optimizing lead flow from various marketing channels to sales orgs - Developing "go to market" models for products and campaigns - MIS / finance: keeping track of sales analytics across the org, with help of BAs and team - Increasing reps' efficiency with leads, transactions, and time management - Sales Enablement: setting up training and onboarding playbook for sales team - You will Manage the Top of the Funnel for our sales operations team - Key skills: exceptional communication, sales, client servicing - Key KRAs: sales, Team Management and devising Go-to Market strategy - Experience: 8-9 years of overall prior sales experience, leadership experience (ideal candidate will have the following experience EdTech + B2C + Inside sales) - Attitude: self-starter, patient, minimal need for supervision Want to build a business 0 to 1?
