Campaign Strategist-Omni Channel
Responsibilities :
- Demonstrating superior technical expertise and organizational capabilities in project and campaign management, market research and commercial awareness.
- Responsible for defining and implementing performance marketing and growth programs.
- Deep product understanding of Facebook, Google & DV-360.
- Develop and lead a 6 and a 12-month strategic plan to meet performance marketing goals.
- Leader with both creative and analytical capabilities.
- Thorough understanding on reporting and hands on experience of online marketing, audience targeting/segmentation, Web Analytics tools.
- Building channels (Facebook, Google & DV-360) to acquire new users and customers.
- Plan and execute on monthly and quarterly plans to scale the user base and manage marketing spend
- Strategic vision to foresee the red - flags hindering the growth and proactively tackling it.
- Flair to experiment with new things like automated tools, programmatic buying, create dashboards on their own, infographic reports and so on.
Skills/Requirements :
- 1-5 years of full-time experience in digital marketing (digital experience required)
- Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal teams and business groups, including Creative and Client servicing Team
- Strong interest in technology or digital marketing
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
- Facebook Blueprint certified, Google Ads certified or any other equivalent qualification across channels.
Must Haves :
- Hands on experience on Facebook ads manager & Google AD-Words from an Execution, optimisation, budgeting & Reporting front.
- Ability to come up with campaign structure, strategy, Analysis & Hypothesis.
- Build media plans based on past performance to show incremental improvements to the client with an action plan.
