We are looking for a talented young leader, A Campaign Manager - Marketing Automation (B2C) for our client - a design and technology leader ; India's top interior design marketplace that connects interior designers, vendors and customers with a team size of 3000+ and offices in all major cities of India and presence in Singapore. Role Overview : You would be responsible for strategising and managing campaigns on marketing automation channels for a B2C business. You have to run agency operations in coordination with product, tech & creative . Innovate and prove business cases, run experiments and improve CAC using marketing automation. Reports to : Head, Growth Marketing Specific Responsibilities : - Strategize, ideate and execute various marketing automation campaigns - Manage and improve CAC using marketing automation. - Be the point of contact & direct / manage agencies to manage campaigns on marketing automation channels. - Act as organization's SPOC for all email communications that need to go out to CX - Identify different segmentation criteria based on audience behaviour, demographic, geographic, psychographic characteristics, etc. - Run A/B tests for email campaigns to optimize performance & Track campaign performance - Work in tandem with Product team to tweak automation workflows - Stay up-to-date on email marketing trends and best practices and provide recommendations in improving email open rates, delivery rate and CTR. Requirements to succeed : - Top-notch verbal and written communication skills - Excellent project management and collaboration skills, i.e., a team player - Should know how to use data as fuel to drive results - A post graduation in business/ management / MBA from a reputed institution. - Knowledge of relevant marketing areas including lead nurturing and customer engagement. - Working knowledge of HubSpot, Marketo, or Oracle Eloqua OR experience of working on email marketing campaigns and Google Analytics
