On e of the ecommerce start up is looking for Campaign Manager
Responsibilities :
- Synthesize business requirements into visibility interventions, provide detailed briefs to the creative team and ensure timely execution of storefront properties
- Create business unit level visibility plan month on month, track actuals vs plan and execute intervention to ensure Revenue delivery
- Owning sections of store merchandising and curations
- Allocate storefront properties across categories basis performance and need
- Define & measure metrics of performance and provide feedback
- End to end responsibilities from planning to execution for category fests, brand days and Seasonal events
- Manage and improve day to day visibility operations
Qualifications & Experience Required
- 3 years total; 1+ years- relevant experience is must
- Proficient in Excel
- In-depth understanding of customer behaviour, browsing and transacting trends, visual merchandising, and execution
- Ability to understand business requirements and providing requisite briefs to creative teams
- Ability to identify workflows and formulate processes
- Define metrics for measurement
- High competency in written and verbal communication skills (preparation of business documentation, presenting to senior stakeholders a must)
- Able to work with others in a fast-paced, team environment and to interact effectively with all levels of management.
- Result-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, can work individually with minimal or no supervision
