Reporting to - Head Digital Marketing
Location - BKC Mumbai
Job Purpose:
Is comfortable in running cross-channel campaigns using market leading technologies such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience cloud; the individual should have good working knowledge of tools such as SF Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey builder, Automation studio and Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target; the campaign manager should have through experience of configuring personalized marketing journeys across channels; the executive to bring cross-channel knowledge of technology and marketing
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Liaise with the Key Account Manager, product teams, clients to understand journey requirements
2. Program cross-channel journeys personalized journeys leveraging the organization's marketing stack and schedule/trigger journeys in a time-bound fashion as per the instructions received from the campaign manager
3. Share customer response/reports with the Key Account Manager in a timely/automated fashion
4. Automating cross-channel campaigns that leverage external analytics
5. Monitor journeys for relevance; alert campaign manager if any journey falls below a relevance threshold
6. Ensure compliance with the organization's communication rules and policies
7. Good knowledge of independently configuring marketing tools for execution; experience with customizations
8. Creating portfolio wise dashboards for campaign metrics on customer response
