Job Purpose: - Drive all engagement activities on the app by planning campaigns that will cover the entire customer life cycle management, thereby increasing customer activations, retention and stickiness on the app. Job Responsibilities: - Design, plan, and implement campaigns on the MoEngage platform that will help increase the user engagement metrics i.e. user activations, app activity, app retention, etc. - Create the monthly engagement calendar and plan for weekly or monthly contests/challenges that will help increase user activity on the app. - Coordinate with internal and external teams (content, design, product, tech, etc.) on various requirements related to engagement activities as well as other team activities. - Good understanding of funnels, cohorts, drop-offs and analyze the data daily to plan on new initiatives if and when required. - Provide an in-depth analysis of campaign performance and its impact on various engagement metrics. - Define MoEngage events for new app features/requirements and test events along with the product/tech team. Requirements: - 3-4 years of relevant experience in mobile app marketing. - MBA in Marketing, Masters in Communication, or equivalent. - Prior experience in working on engagement tools like MoEngage, Clevertap, WebEngage, etc. - Good oral and written communication skills with keen attention to detail. - Think out of the box and come up with creative ways of engaging users. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep up with deadlines for planned activities. - Ability to work on raw data and come up with key learnings based on the analysis.
