Purpose
The incumbent is responsible for ensuring implementation of the marketing and communication campaigns across all media platforms to build the program brand, enhance the member engagement and drive business objectives
Strategic - Understand the business strategy and goals, design, develop and execute direct communication campaigns to meet the business objectives.
Financial - Day-to-day financial management within the planned budget - Monitor the adherence to the budgets set; highlight variations, if any
Operational: - Deliver end to end effective & error free campaign management by selecting segmentation approaches to the database
- Embrace a culture of simplicity and efficiency, challenge the status quo and look to automate and streamline processes
- Ensure that the correct targeting criteria is adhered to and best practice is applied - Ensure a best practice and quality control culture is deployed on all deliverables throughout the campaign process
- Development communication calendar and plan for the business objectives
- Work with marketing agencies to ensure high quality and on-time delivery, within allocated budgets
- Act as the key lead to plan and coordinate the delivery of marketing campaigns across email/ SMS channels
- Liaise with the data analytics team to analyse campaign performance and campaign conversion.
- Use data to mine insights across the member database/ look for patterns and drive business objectives through strategic communication.
- Launch the communication campaigns as per plans; analyse the effectiveness of the initiatives post implementation with inputs from the Analytics function
- Undertake execution of any project/ initiative for the department and organization as identified from time-to-time based on business needs
