About Camp K12 :

Camp K12 is a Global Online School for 21st century skills founded by MIT/Harvard alum and the Ex-CEO of Apple India. We- re a team from Wharton, Bain, IIT and Teach For India bringing K-12 (school) education into the 21st century. We have worked with 100s of schools and orgs like Google, Adobe, IIT Delhi and IIT Bombay to teach cutting-edge tech to 100k+ kids in ages 6 - 18.

Today we- re scaling online to meet the needs of millions of parents globally looking to introduce their kids to crucial 2lst-century skills.

We're an early-stage EdTech startup backed by SAIF Partners and Matrix Partners.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- We are scaling our business and are looking for Program Managers with strong hustle to help drive this.

- We are a firm that gives and expects full ownership from teammates. You will be doing everything from benchmarking, competitive overviews, strategic planning and driving impact based on your insights on ground. We are highly cross-functional and you will be working with teammates across the business to implement and build.

Job Requirements :

- 2-6 years of work experience

- Strategic, consulting or business experience with a focus on operations and implementation

- Strong analytical skills using deep datasets to build actionable insights

- Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments

- Excellent communicator in written and verbal form

- Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
