JOB DESCRIPTION : We're looking for an exceptional Program Manager to drive market entry and scale up our business. You will be doing everything from benchmarking, competitive overviews, strategic planning, and driving impact based on your insights on the ground. We are highly cross-functional and you will be working with teammates across the business to implement and build.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Plan, develop, and lead projects based around key products and initiatives ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and meeting project goals and vision

- Analyze and solve moderately complex problems create new solutions, leveraging and, and adapting existing methods and procedures

- Drive and Lead Business Strategies

- Efficiently manage multiple projects monitoring progress and ensure completion within planned timelines

- Actively assess and manage risks to ensure success

- Create relevant models for ideation, planning, strategizing and tracking performance

- Eliminate gaps by implementing strategies and action by working with cross-functional teams & geographies and driving the changes required

- Formulating and implementing strategies while closely working with the Management and intervene, suggest, support wherever required.

SKILLS REQUIRED :

Experience: 2 to 3 years of work experience in startups (preferably edtech) involved in program management, funnel improvement and maintenance.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong analytical skills

- Attitude: self-starter, patient, minimal need for supervision

- 0-1 mindset, with the ability to run and execute experiments and ideas.

- Ability to connect across teams and levels

- Ability to adapt to new business strategy or changes in existing strategy

- Flexible to work in a hybrid shift

- Timings Hybrid shift

- Working days 6 (flexible)

- Location Gurgaon / Bangalore, India. We're working remotely till the situation improves.
