Camp K12 is a Global Online School for 21st Century skills founded by an MIT/Harvard computer science alum (ex-Google, McKinsey) and the Ex-CEO of Apple India. We're teaching Coding and STEM to kids aged 5 - 18 via LIVE, interactive online sessions (1-on-1 and small groups) that take place in our gamified virtual classrooms and work 10x better than status quo. We raised a seed round in March 2020, scaled revenue 120x as our team grew from 25 to 280 people. 400K+ students taught across 20 countries, looking to build a $1Bn+ global online school of the future, a one stop-shop for the 21st century parent/student need including learning, credentialing, games/ community and more. The core team hails from Wharton, Harvard, MIT, Bain, BCG, IIT, and Teach For India, and included industry veterans from large 2 sided market systems like Ola, Swiggy, and Amazon. This role is for a seasoned data analyst/forecaster who will develop specific short-term and long-term forecasts models and maintain up-to-date forecast models, reflecting current data, information, and assumptions. Roles and Responsibilities : - Ensuring objectivity of brand/therapeutic area forecasts through establishing objectives aligned around forecast accuracy. - Developing brand volume forecasts, both short-term and long-term, to feed into strategic and operational planning processes. - Sensitivity analysis to assist in opportunity identification and risk management. - Develop a deep understanding of customers' data and analytical needs focusing on the customer-facing model leadership. - Review Ad- FB, SEM performance, insights data, key initiatives, and new campaigns with brand and performance marketing teams to ensure robust plans are in place and being executed. - Develop and maintain key collaborative relationships with internal cross functional and external partners to initiate and obtain relevant data and analysis for forecast inputs. - Confidently present and defend forecast approach, methodology, assumptions, and output at the executive level. - Provide increased focus on analytics and emphasize on providing valuable insights to drive improvement opportunities. - Experience in working with large datasets, derive insights and present information through visualization and reports. Desired Profile : Candidate Skills and Experience : - Forecasting experience and analytical experience 2-4 years - Prior work experience on performance channels - Experience in standard datasets - Good understanding of market research, advanced analytics, and competitive intelligence. - Strong technical experience in MS Office - Must be an advanced user of PPT and Advanced Excel, BI tools like Tableau, Bigquery, PowerBI etc - Experience with performance marketing channels such as FB, Google etc to prepare effective data tables for deep insights. Preferred qualifications : - Ownership of tasks assigned without supervisory follow-up - Proactive and enthusiastic to take on new challenges - Personal drive and positive work ethics to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations - Proactive planner and can work independently to manage own responsibilities - Break traditional patterns of thought by generating and recognizing imaginative, workable solutions to business situations and problems. - Capability in applying deeper technical skills and knowledge that is shared across the functional area (e.g., deep knowledge of key data sets, pivoting, modeling capabilities, etc.). Education : - Masters in Business Administration or Master's (or Bachelor- s) in engineering or Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, or any other Quantitative discipline
