We are looking for an experienced Teacher Acquisition Manager to streamline our Teacher Recruitment process. Roles &amp; Responsibilities: - Lead teacher supply growth from current to meet future demands - Explore new and cost effective channels for teacher acquisition - organic &amp; inorganic - Manage a team of 15 Teacher Acquisition associates and streamline current process to maximise efficiency. - Lead the charge on improving teacher performance on our platform Pre-requisites: - You're a dynamic, growth oriented individual with a strong sense of ownership for work and ability to work cross-functional. - First hand experience with Funnel optimisation - 2+ years of prior leadership experience (team size not a constraint) - Proven track record of leading teacher supply in an Ed-Tech firm. - Strong analytics and operations leadership skills
