Job Description : - Our core offering, 1:1 LIVE online classes is out there, robust and growing consistently month-on-month. We're cooking a new and exciting social learning model that we've piloted and is now ready to fuel up! - This is a sales leadership role where you will build and manage a 24-30 member renewals outfit (inside sales) with an overall responsibility to manage the top-line. Roles &amp; Responsibilities : 1. Recruit, train and coach the sales team to meet monthly targets 2. Plan and measure sales targets for the entire team, tracking detailed metrics for every team member and providing coaching/troubleshooting to the team at every step 3. Generate and monitor weekly CRM sales reports and present to the management periodically clearly highlighting trends, what is working well and suggestions to improve what's not working. 4. Provide feedback to the product team based on market requirements 5. Drive the renewal of coding courses to existing customers and responsible for timely renewals for small to medium-sized customers in assigned. Pre-requisites : 1. 6-9 years of overall prior sales experience, (ideal candidate will have the following experience EdTech + B2C + Inside sales) 2. 4+ yeas of prior leadership experience (team size not a constraint) 3. Strong hold on CRM management 4. You are patient by nature and have the ability to handle critical situations that arise within your team with calm and poise.
