Camp K12 is a Global Online School for 21st Century skills founded by an MIT/Harvard computer science alum (ex-Google, McKinsey) and the Ex-CEO of Apple India. We're teaching Coding and STEM to kids aged 5 - 18 via LIVE, interactive online sessions (1-on-1 and small groups) that take place in our gamified virtual classrooms and work 10x better than status quo. We raised a seed round in March 2020, scaled revenue 120x as our team grew from 25 to 280 people. 400K+ students taught across 20 countries, looking to build a $1Bn+ global online school of the future, a one stop-shop for the 21st century parent/student need including learning, credentialing, games/ community and more. The core team hails from Wharton, Harvard, MIT, Bain, BCG, IIT, and Teach For India, and included industry veterans from large 2 sided market systems like Ola, Swiggy, and Amazon. Role - We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to own the enrollment experience for English category. - You will own the end-to-end customer lifecycle (across acquisition, engagement, retention & re-engagement). You will be responsible for figuring out problems by talking to stakeholders and then designing a tech/process solution around it. - We need someone with high ownership, good communication skills, first principle thinking and some tech knowledge for faster execution. Responsibilities - Own the end-to-end experience for user acquisition and enrollment flow for English category - Develop a strategy for acquisition (new leads), funnel optimisation (reduced drop offs) and conversion (enrollments) - Partner with design, research, engineering, and other PM partners to understand user needs and pain points, and then design holistic solutions to address them - Own business outcomes and be responsible for hitting associated targets by improving and re-imagining the product experiences you lead Qualifications & Experience - 2+ years of product experience working on customer facing products. Past edtech experience is a big plus. - Extensive experience doing funnel analysis, cohort analysis, customer journey analysis, A/B tests - Extraordinary design, UI/UX thinking, customer forward thinking - Efficient project and stakeholder management skills - Demonstrable ability to work in a dynamic environment, and to meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous projects
