Camomile Healthcare Ventures - Research Analyst (1-5 yrs)
Description of the role
Camomile Healthcare is industry's most trusted data driven consulting organization. We consult for hospitals, digital health businesses, pharma, CSR, investment banks and entrepreneurs.
As a Research Analyst, you will support business research (from both primary and secondary sources) and create compelling client-facing deliverables. You will use excellent written and oral communication skills to communicate insights. We would expect you to be comfortable with Word, Excel , Powerpoint and have a strong business acumen.
This role is based out of Chennai but right now the position is remote.
Roles and responsibilities -
1. Independently conduct primary and secondary research and write succinct organized notes to communicate key learnings
2. Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses (literature reviews, qualitative interviews with education executives, data analysis, etc.), interpret findings
3. Contribute to client presentations that synthesize complex ideas into actionable advice for clients
4. Write and edit clear internal and external deliverables, including emails, blog posts, insight pieces, white papers, benchmarking reports, interview notes and other documents
5. Independently storyboard client facing presentations to communicate research findings and use feedback from managers to improve final deliverables
6. Communicate ideas clearly and logically using executive-focused language, tone, and channel through written deliverables and presentations
Basic Qualifications -
1. Bachelors degree, with an excellent academic record
2. 2+ years of post-graduate professional experience or a Masters degree
3. Experience with any one of the following:
a) Management or strategy consulting
b) Long-term and/or primary and secondary research
c) Creating partner-facing written and/or data-based deliverables
Ideal Qualifications
1. MBA or Masters degree in Management/Healthcare Management
2. Experience working with healthcare consulting or business research setting
3. Experience working in a team environment and as an individual contributor
4. Excellent prioritization and time management especially in a fast-paced environment
