Camomile Healthcare Ventures - Chief Operating Officer/Director - Transformation Services (10-25 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced Director / Chief Operating Officer (COO) who will be a key contributor to a growth strategy for the consulting services and solutions portfolio and oversee organizations ongoing operations and projects. S/he will be the company's second-in-command and responsible for the efficiency of business.

The incumbent will lead the team and shall leverage experience as a client executive to bring C-suite relationships to the business as well as contribute to continuous improvement in the way that the practice delivers client work and shall lead the transformation of the company to be a technology driven products company.

The position will require the individual to conduct business development as well as provide group and project oversight where he or she will help Camomile win and execute complex, high profile engagements globally. S/he will be able to leverage established relationships, with a focus on C-Suite within Healthcare Providers. The incumbent will establish trust with clients through his/her superior content knowledge across a broad range of complex issues.

The priorities for the role include - 

- Deliver superior client service in an effort to establish and confirm Camomiles market positioning as the premier healthcare consulting services firm and aggressively continue to help grow their respective practice.

- Work in close partnership with the clients to capture and maximize revenue opportunities by leveraging the broad array of skills in consulting, technology, finance, clinical and industry expertise Camomile offers to clients.

- Bring new capabilities to materially enhance and broaden the services portfolio and value that is delivered to the clients.

- Build and foster relationships, and create strategic alliances with corporate leaders across healthcare.

- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication

- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics

- Formalize and achieve the business plan / targets for the Healthcare Professional / Transformation Services practice.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Experience - 

- Must have 10+ years of experience in healthcare

- This professional must bring significant healthcare industry expertise and a strong knowledge of the strategic, operational, clinical, financial and regulatory in healthcare.

- The candidate must be able to operate at the highest levels within client companies and bring significant strategic value to their overall direction.

- S/he will not only create close client relationships but be looked upon as a true extension of the client executive team.

- An POST GRADUATE degree is required and an advanced degree, particularly an MBA or MBBS, is strongly preferred

The individual should possess the following skills & experience - 

- Strong overall knowledge of healthcare trends and strategic issues facing the industry; an outside-in perspective.

- A proven track record in business development of acquiring new clients through establishing deep relationships with clients

- Have demonstrated ability to oversee large, complex engagements where superior value is delivered to clients, strong influence and program management skills
