Job Summary:  Reporting to the IT OPs MFG Lead, the primary area of responsibility will be Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO), responsible for the day to day SAP and non-SAP functional support for the business units.  PP, S&OP, Capacity Planning, Demand Planning.  CIF Integration Models for Master and Transaction Data transfer between ECC and APO including CCR.  Daily maintenance of SAP PP system, business interactions.  Effective delivery of the day to day SAP / non-SAP support for functional units.  Manage and monitor Business incident reports, reviewing, processing and resolving business concerns in a timely manner.  Demand Planning: Configuration of Master Planning Object Structures, Generating & Changing Characteristic Value Combinations (CVC), Data Realignment, Planning Books, Planning Areas, Statistical Forecasts, Batch Jobs/Planning Jobs, Back Ground Mass Processing, Time Bucket Profile, Forecast Profile, Planning Version, Life Cycle Management, Like Modeling, Macros, Alerts and Process Chains.  SNP: Heuristics set up and execution with SNP Planning books, CTM Profile, Planning Scope (Master Data Selection), Strategies, Settings, Master Data Selection profile, Time stream id creation.  Ensure close working with the Super Users and Management Team to identify user issues and system updates.  Ownership of problems and centrally resolve matters to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. Liaising with the other technical team to ensure optimal performance for end users.  Minimum Job Qualifications :  Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:  Bachelor's Degree.  Minimum 10+ years of hands-on SAP PP/SNP/DP/PP-DS configuration experience as a functional consultant.  Ability to analyze problems (IT functional side) and provide clear recommendations for a reported problem.  Strong organizational skills.  Strong MS Excel, Power Point skills.  Ability to communication, written and verbal skills at all levels of the organization.  Strong business acumen to facilitate group discussions, present in front of an audience and/or group, and ability to articulate thoughts in a methodical and constructive manner.  Business knowledge and process design skills.  Able to collaborate with business managers, and have a strong desire to excel.  Must be able to work independently on configuration & custom developments, as well as a team player and can manage own workload.  Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadlines.  Reading and understanding of ABAP code, preferred.  Some travel might be required.  Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.  Proven analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills.  Preferred Qualifications:  Executing all aspects of the day to day successful running of the SAP Landscape for Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO) development experience for the process areas listed below:  Design and drive effective processes and tools to support Business Process priorities, plan and execute planning strategy, and plan do check act quality strategy.  Good understanding of PP and inbound/outbound communication with SAP.  APO CIF Integration Models for Master and Transaction Data transfer between ECC and APO including CCR.  APO Demand Planning DP and release to ECC.  APO Characteristics Based Planning CBP with Data.  APO SNP planning with Heiristics and Capable to Match (CTM) and Data.  APO PP/DS Production Planning and Detail Scheduling and Data.  APO Planning Dashboard with Scheduling and Dispatching.  SAP BI Capacity reporting.  Expertise:  Responsible for execution of business production support process and incident resolution.  Ability to do end to end functional process analysis, functional specifications, configuration and documentation on APO Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning (SNP) and Production Planning and Details Scheduling (PP/DS).  Requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and debugging of the ERP system.  Employs and leverages strategic ERP best practice solutions & communicate SAP capabilities/possibilities within related modules.  Provide user training and education for business process design and improvements.  Implementing corrective actions and creating SAP documentation where needed as part of the Center of Excellence (COE).
