Key responsibilities:

Operations:

- Oversee the end to end delivery of Cambridge English Exams

- Effective team management and team retention

- Maintain an excellent rapport with HVOs, PLIs and other exams customers, thereby ensuring business volume retention for the next year.

- Ensure that the Exams billing happens as per the standards to all business clients.

- Responsible for Budgeting and optimizing cost of operations

- Responsible for Customer retention and enhancing the business from client for up-coming years

- Ensure 100% adherence of Exams delivery as per CELTA Specifications

- Liaising with sales team for the forecast to plan the staffing and logistics

- Oversee and ensure adherence to the timelines for vendor payments

- Oversee tracking and record maintenance of exams delivery, exam materials and invoices

MIS & Business Analytics:

- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

- Performing requirements analysis. Documenting and communicating the results

- SWOT Analysis, budget analysis, forecasting

- Analysis of Key performing products

- Business report - product wise with sales comparison

- Managing review and maintaining dashboard

- Supporting the HOD in creating and developing business reports

- Analysis on monthly basis and generating reports, analysing trends

- Coordination with the key account managers, MIS generation, Coordination with various teams in company

Key Skills:

- Must have a minimum of 6 years of experience in Operations, Customer Service or Project Management

- Strong team management

- Strong data analytics skills hands on experience to work with Analytical tools

- Ability to work well under pressure

- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills

- Should have sound knowledge of project planning, execution, scheduling and tracking Vendor management and Event Management skills preferable

- Experience of working in a matrix organization will be an advantage

- A track record of enhancing business growth will be an added advantage

- Sound Business Acumen and problem-solving abilities
