Looking for Sr.Managment expert for E-Consultation

Main Accountabilities :

- The e-Consultation Head should participates in administrative decision making and recommends and approves policies and procedures.

- Heads the E Consulting vertical from a P&l standpoint

- Organizes and coordinates e-Consultation Doctors, including their availability & quality checks, customer satisfaction scores, escalation calls, Upskilling of Doctors

- Should design & work on the quality process to ensure the appropriateness and quality of medical care being provided as e consultation

- Should be able to co ordinate with the protocol team & execute the protocols that are agreed upon to meet the patient care & treatment plans

- Maintains, and applies knowledge of social, regulatory, political, and economic factors that relate to patient care services.

- Should have the ability to cross sell & upsell with the help of the medical fraternity in the e consulting chambers.

- Should be a mentor / guide for the seasoned e consulting doctors

Experience, Skills :

- Graduation from accredited school of medicine with a medical doctor (MD/MS) degree; extensive experience in emergency care medicine; possession of a current license to practice medicine,

- Should have at least 20 + years of post MD experience, should have handled doctors & nurses in pre & post medical care, should have handled a P& L independently for at least 5 + years

- Knowledge in the general practice of emergency medicine, e medicine, tele consulting, online e consulting

- Knowledge of the laws and ordinances pertaining to tele medicine, e consulting services.

- Knowledge of medical principles and techniques, law relating to e medicine / tele medicine.

- Knowledge of practices and techniques of report review and analysis.

- Skill to perform the duties of an emergency care physician.

- Skill in the formulation of medical procedures.

- Skill in communicating highly technical medical information & handling a set of medical doctors.

- Skill in performing case reviews.
