CallHealth - Factory Medical Officer

Main Responsibilities:

1. Carrying Statutory Pre-Employment Medical Check-ups as per the given format.

2. Periodic check-up of employees and for employees working in Hazardous areas as per statutory requirement in the given format.

3. Conducting Awareness Campaigns on Health, Observing World Health Days.

4. Training programs to employees on Life style diseases..

5. Conducting Occupational Health Surveys when required. Daily shop floor visits and recording the observations as per the given format.

6. Product based risk assessment to mitigate health hazards along with CMO and EHS team.

7. Handling Medical emergencies/injuries on duty. Prompt referral of emergencies to empaneled Hospitals.

8. Liaison with Govt. Health Regulators and keep updated about epidemics and public health issues in that area.

9. Liaison with Local Hospitals and Doctors along with HR for treatment of employees in emergencies.

10. Work with safety and Environment dept. in hazard exposure analysis and controls.

11. Report first aid cases/on duty incidents reporting to OHC in the given format to Safety department and HR.

12. Prepare annual budget of OHC and present to HR(Requirement of Drugs, Consumables etc)

13. Prepare a weekly reporting format and report to CMO and unit HR.

14. Train OHC staff and Ambulance Drivers in First aid and participate in Mock drills as and when required.

15. Check and monitor the Daily ambulance check list, Drug stock register, Oxygen Cylinder usage.

16. Indent for drugs and Oxygen cylinders as and when required.

17. Implement 5S in OHC.

18. Treat and write prescription to employees who attend to OHC with health issues.

Candidate profile required.

Educational qualification: MBBS degree.

Relevant Experience: Min 2-3 years.
