Job Location: Mumbai
Experience required - Min 7 to 15 years (from Financial or Service Industry (BPO) only)
- Set up in-house tele calling centers for the PAN India outbound call center operations.
- Devised strategies for effective leads management
- Devised customer retention plans for repeat business.
- Devised cross sell plans for the company.
- Manage the P&L of the Telesales channel.
- Strategically implemented online lead generation initiatives through Internet and SMS.
- Initiated incentive/ R&R programs for boosting performance to meet business objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners, and align them towards Business Goals
- Experience in handing big teams in Telesales
- Capable of handling both inbound and outbound call centers.
- Set up the Quality and Training framework for ensuring compliance to processes and manpower training.
- Capable of strategizing and planning for target achievement
