CakeSoft Technologies - Talent Acquisition Manager

- Lead and Head the recruitment function in the company

- Manage a team of 4-8 Recruiters

- Must have minimum of 3 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience and 6 months of team management experience

- Should be a self-starter and should have a hunger to grow

- Manage and mentor team members, must lead by example

- Should come up with efficient, creative, and innovative sourcing, recruitment strategies and implement the same

- Should be proactive and must be adept in handling strategic initiatives

- Meet established metrics for team performance and own performance

- Should be willing to work in a high paced environment

- Articulate CakeSoft's s Value proposition to the candidates

- Create a positive and enjoyable experience for the candidates and team members
