Cacti Legal - Country Lead/Compliance Analyst - LLB/LLM

Compliance analyst ensures organizations are aware of and remain compliant on all regulatory compliance requirements in accordance with the laws of the land that they operate. The compliance analyst will help to create, develop, implement and manage compliance programs for the organization. They shall perform the following duties and responsibilities:

Core Competencies :

1. Expertise in managing or advising on Global Regulatory compliance aspects in global organization with following specific experience

a. Legal and regulatory compliance

b. Drafting and review of Compliance obligations, organization policies & Other regulatory compliance documents

c. Advising corporate functions on day-to-day operations like, Employment Laws, Data Privacy, Tax & Payroll, Health and safety, Secretarial and corporate laws.

d. Conducting review or audit from a compliance perspective

e. Advising Company Stakeholders on changing regulatory landscape and how it will impact operation

f. Compliance review of processes, SOPs, framework

2. Proactive, energetic and self-motivated team player. Ability to deliver high performance under pressure within a competitive environment

3. Excellent communicator with an ability to build healthy and productive relations with the clients and team

4. Experience of working with people of diverse nationalities and multi-culture set-up.

Languages:- Excellent written and spoken English is critical. Experience of foreign language will be advantage

Education / Work experience :

- LLB, Company Secretary. A foreign law degree will be an advantage

- 3 to6 years of work experience in LPO, legal research or technologies sector will be an advantage

- Experience in multi counties setup (Latin America, MEA, North America, Canada, APAC, Europe)
