Cacti Legal - Claims Management Lawyer/Corporate Lawyer

- A litigation / Corporate lawyer with requisite experience to be able to monitor, guide and advise upon, claims made against the client's global network of firms. Ideally, but not essentially, the Claims Counsel will have experience relating to claims against large professional services organizations

- A law graduate with an experience in end to end litigation and back end documentation related to Financial claims (preferably Global Clients)

- Experience of handling mass volume of claims

- Experience in contract negotiations, drafting, redlining, reviewing etc,

- Prior experience working as a corporate lawyer / paralegal handling mass volume of financial / Insurance claims in Law firms, Solicitor firms, Legal Process Outsourcing

- Experience in Power of Attorneys, Waiver letters, Deeds of Easement, Deeds of Priority, Notice of Charge
