About the role: As the Sales Lead Generation Manager, you will manage the end-to-end process of B2B Lead Generation via Social Media Platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Youtube etc. You will own delivery of qualified leads per approved standards while also meeting goals. You will primarily be working during IST hours but may also be, on occasions, required to support early EST hours. What you'll do: As the Lead Generation Manager, you will be responsible for: - Ensuring lead generation is keeping pace with the business goals - Ensuring leads are qualified by team members are as per approved standards - Working towards daily, monthly & quarterly goals - Recommending and Implementing projects to scale the lead generation process - Recommending and Implementing projects to diversify social media platforms (and/or tools) being used for lead generation - Managing a team of Lead Generation Executives, 2-3 to start with. - Setting up and delivering team KPIs - Continuous process improvements We'd love for you to have: Education: Master's Degree or Bachelor's with adequate experience as mentioned above - Three plus years of relevant experience in Lead Generation or Digital Marketing on Social Media Platforms - One plus year of experience of managing team - Intermediate user of MS-Excel (can perform complex functions)/Google sheet - Social media understanding and presence - Process oriented, analytical, problem-solver - Salesforce Experience is a preferred Even if you don't meet all of these qualifications above, we'd still love to hear from you.
