About the role: CaaStle is seeking a Marketing Analysis Operations Manager to be responsible for data and reporting on organic and paid marketing efforts supporting acquisition and member engagement. This is an outstanding opportunity for a smart, passionate, and data-driven marketer. What you'll do: - Lead efforts to optimize processes, reporting and create new workflows to scale. - Manage and maintain client facing marketing calendars outlining the latest plans. - Prep weekly and monthly marketing reports for internal and external review. - Consolidate campaign data and format results for client facing presentations. - Support the Onsite marketing team on ad-hoc data requests and developing client facing reports and dashboards. - Regularly pull benchmark data and marketing results to provide insights and recommendations to enhance performance. - Create compelling reports and dashboards, which are easy to use by all stakeholders. - Collaborate with the analytics and Onsite marketing team to optimize email and on-site performance for marketing KPIs. - Keep up with marketing, digital best practices and industry trends. We'd love for you to have: - Four plus years' of hands-on B2C digital marketing experience required. - BA/BS degree required. - Previous experience managing at least 1-3 team members required. - Experience managing data from various sources like Google Analytics, Social Media Channels, Marketing Automation tools - Salesforce experience is a plus. - Successful track-record with project management, developing and executing digital marketing plans, and delivering on performance targets. - Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage, engage and motivate a team. - Excellent communication skills keeping the Senior Manager informed and providing clear direction to team members and cross functional teams. - Good understanding of BI tools like Tableau, Power BI - Highly motivated and a high level of initiative. - Inspire confidence to work independently and in support of team goals and business objectives. - Hands-on experience on creating custom Macros will be an added advantage. - Exceptional Excel, data analysis, and data manipulation skills.
