Position Title: Manager- Cost Accounting &Inventory

Location: Gurgaon

Reports to: Financial Controller

Objective of this role:

- To contribute in business growth through different finance activities which are aligned with business expectation and supporting stakeholders towards common goal of the organization

Role and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for cost accounting & reviews

- Computation of BOM & Unit cost for all manufactured products & trading products

- Sales pricing review & Support

- Sales Controlling (Sales Performance Analysis)

- Inventory management, their ageing & drive action for liquidation

- SAP implementation support

- Support Transfer pricing coordination for Inter BU Prices & ensuring its compliance as per group guidelines

- Preparation of Monthly/quarterly schedules & ensure the accuracy

- Personal and professional traits

- Experience in working with global teams and working in a cross-functional environment.

- Strong business expertise and analytical skills.

- Ownership and accountability to drive execution with result orientation

- Positive attitude, innovative and creative thinker

- Sound experience in SAP operations (COPA / CO module) in mandatory

- SAP Implementation experience is desirable

- Strong knowledge of inventory valuation and standard costing.

- Computer literacy and excellent analytical abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to work with senior management.

- Qualifications and Experience

- Cost Accountant / Chartered Accountant with 5 years plus of experience/ manufacturing / MNC background.

- Experience & should worked in SAP ERP environment.
