Job description : As the Head of Monetization Marketing (India) at Bytedance, you will be growing our B2B sales marketing team to new feats in the future! Responsibilities : - Develop marketing solutions across all monetization marketing programs, communication channels, regions, and functions - Lead a high performing, collaborative team and inspire leaders across multiple disciplines. - Utilize our communications vehicles and marketing efforts to launch stories and programs to scale. - Identify marketing methods of scale to land key messages and drive adoption of Tik Tok's marketing solutions. - Develop and cultivate cross-functional relationships across teams. - Conceptualize and implement business marketing strategy plans across all the consumer business. Team's Reporting to the Monetization Marketing Head : 1) Brand Strategy 2) Event Marketing 3) Content/Social Media Marketing 4) Creative Job requirement : Qualifications : - Minimum 15 years of consumer/tech experience, managing large B2B Marketing teams. - Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in media space - Experience with the use of analytics tools and ROI metrics. - Proven track record delivering creative, integrated consumer demand and education programs. - Experience in building, executing, and measuring data-driven marketing programs across online and traditional channels. - An innovative marketing leader with a broad, diverse marketing background. - Knowledge of how to guide a brand's reputation during crisis management.
