BYJU's - Senior Role - Inside Sales
Looking for candidates having experience in Inside sales/ outbound calling who have managed a large team size (400+) and have been involved into push back selling.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the work of inside sales representatives' team.
- Drive outbound calls to focus on maintaining and expanding business relationships/market share with existing and new customers.
- Recommend business solutions considering customer needs and interests and build relationships with customers based on knowledge.
- Stay abreast of current industry trends.
- Defining, articulating and implementing the organization's strategy for selling products or services
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Able to motivate and ensure a highly effective team of sales managers
- Review sales performance by analysing performance reports
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
