Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for strategizing & scaling the team of teachers by 5x catering to online classes

- Manage a team of managers, monitor, assess and track progress to deliver key operational metric

- Responsible for identifying gaps, setting up new processes, coming up with innovative ideas to reach business goals.

- Consistently work towards improving the the quality of deliverables of team through analyzing data and feedback from the team

- Identify new platforms and execute end-to-end delivery required for achieving business goals

- Help management get the right insights from the team and drive decisions towards business goals.

Requirements :

- Show demonstrated ability to multi-task and think creatively and has demonstrated decision-making ability at scale.

- Have a passion for creating impact on business & interacting/leading a team

- Have an ability to work in highly volatile teams

- Impeccable communication and people management skills

- Be able to map theoretical knowledge to practical applications and be able to drive pilot programs

- Be a quick learner, is self-driven and has adaptability to learn new concepts and tools

Skills and Qualifications :

- 4+ years of professional working experience in related occupations of Business Operations, Program Manager, HR or related.

- An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving

- Master's degree in Business or HR from Tier 1 B-School

- Experience working with recruitment teams

- Experience with leading teams

Location : This role is based in Bangalore.

But under the current pandemic situation, we are operating from remote locations. (Work from home until further notice)
