About the Role : We are looking to hire someone who will be responsible for program managing the initiatives from central Sales Development team and someone who can plan and strategize to drive sales performance. The person will lead a team of 4-5 and report into VP Business Development & Corporate Strategy. Key Responsibilities : - Identify and develop initiatives based on current gaps - Drive project management through the team - Define metrics and tracking it end to end; to measure the effectiveness of activities - Perform root cause analysis to understand different levers driving results - Monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes Requirements : - Experience of max. 6 years (Engineering + MBA background); 1.5 -3 years post MBA (Tier 1 College) - Stakeholder management - Analytical and logical blend of mind - Bias for action
