S/he will manage a team responsible for day-to-day operational processes with different lenders including Banks and NBFCs. Reporting to the Head Fintech, this role will be based in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities -&nbsp; - Monitor and Improve the efficiency of all Fintech related operational processes - Improve operational flows and processes - Track and analyze operational metrics - Ensuring adherence to risk, regulatory & compliance requirements related to the product and the business - Build business strategies and plans to strengthen relations with different Lenders - Liaising with multiple cross functional teams (legal, collections, analytics, operations, order management compliance, accounts, etc.) Candidate Profile -&nbsp; Ideally, the candidate must have 5-8 years of experience in managing operations in a FinTech or Financial Institution.
