BYJU'S - Senior Manager - Marketing - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (4-10 yrs)
Executing and initiating marketing initiatives for the region to deliver marketing KPIs that facilitates
BYJUS TUITION CENTRE to reach their sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Centre Launch Plan - from ideation to execution
- Monitoring Centre performance and working with centre manager to drive business objectives
- Ensure each Centre achieves Targets for Enrollment & revenue
- Plan Activations which ensure Byjus Tuition Brand imagery & Generate Leads till center achieve business targets
- Suitable Alliances for driving more enrollment & business targets
- Achievement of KPI's for each centre
- Create Exclusive alliance offer for the club members (Schools/ Malls /Youth Club)
- Ensuring data quality for programme enrollment
- Regular training of Centre Marketing SPOC
- Review their performance and define action plan Marketing Planning, Execution & Catchment Development
- Developing the monthly/Quarterly/Annual marketing plan for the region
- Primary, Secondary & Tertiary Marketing Plan for Lead Generation
- Manage relationship with Agency & brief them for activation plans
- Ensure monthly plans made along with Centre Marketing executive for delivering targeted business
- Review weekly business & take counter measure or action plan required Budget, reporting and vendor management
- Developing the monthly/Quarterly/Annual marketing plan for the region
- Complete control of budget allocated for Region or Centre
- Reduce the cost through effective planning and execution
- Vendor management & Bill Tracking with the finance team
- Ensure qualitative execution by working with approved and qualified vendors
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 4-10 years of work experience in a progressive company - B2C or Retail industry
- MBA /Equivalent in Marketing from reputed institute (Premium Institute preferred)
- Analytical mindset, with experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to device strategy
- Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment
