Senior Manager/ Manager Compensation and Benefits- HR The incumbent will have the opportunity to work across the entire gamut of Total Rewards from Compensation Planning & Administration, Employee Benefits, Employee Wellness, will have the opportunity to work with a wide spectrum of businesses in understanding and solutioning for their reward challenges Roles & Responsibilities : - Annual Merit Planning for the organization including Budgeting, Compensation Benchmarking, Merit Modelling for businesses and Spend Analysis - Campus compensation strategy for various roles - Hiring Range Design and Offer Approval - Benefits Strategy Design, Benefit Utilization Dashboards and iteration of existing benefits based on data driven analysis - Design employee wellness and employee assistance plans - Work collaboratively with the employee engagement team in designing benefits, communicating, and running relevant campaigns throughout the year Qualification & Skills : - MBA in HR /Equivalent - Minimum 3 Years of Exp - Experience in compensation & benefits or in HR with functional knowledge of compensation concepts, systems, and administration - Excellent stakeholder management skills - Ability to navigate in ambiguous work environments - Knowledge of compensation management tools will be an added advantage - Data Analytics and Attention to Detail Skill
