Byju's - Senior Manager - Digital Marketing

The Role :

Byju's is looking for a qualified Digital Marketing expert to take the lead in developing successful, long-term digital marketing strategies for the company. It's a performance marketing role.

This role will work closely with different teams to ensure consistency through all digital marketing channels.

This position report to Director Digital Marketing, the role will be based in Bangalore

Responsibilities :

- Meet the company objectives and lead the team

- Develop digital marketing strategy for user acquisition

- Improve engagement using paid channels

- This is a cross functional role incumbent will need to interact with multiple stakeholders.

Requirements :

- Must have scaled and optimized the app campaigns on Google and Facebook platform, not affiliate.

- Hands on experience on Adwords, Facebook and Appsflyer (Having knowledge of Appsflyer is a plus)

- Good understanding of education market, must be hands on with tools

- Have led a team and scaled digital campaigns

Education qualification : B.Tech, MBA optional

Experience Range : 4-6 years in Performance Marketing
