Regional Head -L&D, Byju's Tuition Center (Mumbai)
The Role :
The L&D Sr. Manager, leads Learning & Development within the region, identifying, developing, and implementing learning solutions against business specific and enterprise opportunities. Partnering closely with the AVP, L&D and other stakeholders, this role ensures effective solutions are created and aligned to the BTC learning strategy & executed at a center level through a team of regional trainers.
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
- Program Design. Manage and design complex business/ functional specific and enterprise-wide learning solutions across the region while ensuring alignment to overall L&D 7 business strategy. Incorporate appropriate L&D strategies, best practices, and delivery methodologies/ channels that engage internal stakeholders and achieve desired learning outcomes.
- Needs Analysis. Engage with regional leaders and stakeholders to clarify needs, conducting learning needs analyses with clearly established and aligned goals and outcomes.
- Program Delivery. Deliver solutions that meet local and enterprise stakeholder needs, personally coaching/facilitating/ training stakeholders as needed with a team of RTs.
- Program Effectiveness. Create, monitor & report learning solution engagement and effectiveness measures. Gather and report on necessary compliance data per laws and regulations. Adjust programs as appropriate.
- External Consultant Engagement & Management. Lead the ongoing management of external consultants/vendors/ institutions to deliver solutions as applicable. Create and monitor cost and effectiveness measures, adjusting as needed.
- Budget Management. Develop and maintain an ongoing budget
- Team Management- To attract & retain top potential talent as RTs, to build a high-performance L&D team culture with learning linked to business needs, Orient, induct, lead & develop talent.
- Team Handling: Projected team size (2-3 People).
Requirement :
- Experience of working for West India market
- Degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education or HR/Training field
- Preferred proficiency in Microsoft 365 (e.g., Word, PowerPoint) and Learning Management Software (e.g., Workday, Success Factors, Cornerstone)
- 7-15 years' experience in core Corp. Training, Learning & Development and/or related field(s)
- Approximate travel in a month (10-12 days).
