Byju's - Public Relations & Corporate Communication Role (6-13 yrs)
The Role:
- BYJU'S is looking for an experienced PR professional for our Corporate Communications team.
- In this role, the candidate will be responsible for driving core PR pillars - Tech and product (ideating, planning and driving media outreach for this vertical).
- The candidate should possess a minimum of 10-11 years work experience in reputed PR agencies/Corporates with good media relations in Bangalore and at a national level. The candidate must have proven experience strategizing, planning and managing PR campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create compelling campaigns and storylines about how BYJU'S tech/engineering has transformed the way children learn and teachers teach
- Identification of opportunities for proactive big picture/ special stories
- Explore traditional media as well as build strong presence in new age media
- Ensure high quality in all materials released on behalf of the organization
- Strengthen brand's media relations to garner high impact coverage
- Coordinate public relations activities with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong 'ideation' skills, with the ability to look beyond the obvious for creating high impact stories and campaigns in a high-pressure environment while meeting crisp turnaround times.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree/master's degree
- Corporate communication / PR experience
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
Preferred :
- Work experience in a PR agency or publication
- Industry relevant media experience
- Very strong media relations
